Nine Gates Studio ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data is processed by the ninegatesstudio.com website and by the games we develop.
Website
This is a static promotional site. There are no accounts, forms, comments or memberships. We do not use third-party tracking tools or cookies for analytics or advertising. Our hosting provider's servers may keep standard, short-lived access logs (IP address, browser type, time of access) required to operate the site; we do not use these logs to build personal profiles.
Our games
Tughra: Seals of Empire is a single-player game. It does not collect personal data, does not require an account, and does not send your in-game data to our servers. Save files are stored only on your own computer.
Steam
Our games are distributed through Steam. Purchases, achievements, cloud saves and similar features are operated by Valve Corporation's Steam platform and are subject to Valve's privacy policy. We have no access to your personal data for these operations.
When you email us, your address and message are used only to reply to you, are not shared with third parties, and are deleted after a reasonable period.
Children
Our website and games do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

This policy may be updated when necessary. The current version is always published on this page.
