Nine Gates Studio ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data is processed by the ninegatesstudio.com website and by the games we develop.
Website
This is a static promotional site. There are no accounts, forms, comments or memberships. We do not use third-party tracking tools or cookies for analytics or advertising. Our hosting provider's servers may keep standard, short-lived access logs (IP address, browser type, time of access) required to operate the site; we do not use these logs to build personal profiles.
Language preference and videos
Your language preference is stored in this browser session. YouTube players load only when you choose to play a video. At that point your browser connects to YouTube, which may process data and use cookies under its own privacy policy.
Our games
Tughra: Seals of Empire and Ninewrought: Nine Men's Morris are single-player games. They do not collect personal data, do not require an account, and do not send your in-game data to our servers. Save files and settings are stored only on your own device.
Steam
The PC versions of our games are distributed through Steam. Purchases, achievements, cloud saves and similar features are operated by Valve Corporation's Steam platform and are subject to Valve's privacy policy. We have no access to your personal data for these operations.
Google Play
The Android version of Ninewrought: Nine Men's Morris is distributed through Google Play. Downloads, installation, updates and the crash and performance reports that Android and Google Play collect are operated by Google and are subject to Google's privacy policy. We only see this information in aggregated, anonymous form.
When you email us, your address and message are used only to reply to you, are not shared with third parties, and are deleted after a reasonable period.
Children
Our website and games do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

This policy may be updated when necessary. The current version is always published on this page.
